our process

You can’t fix what you don't measure.

Step 1: Phone Consultation

This step ensures you’re on the right path from day one.

Before your in-studio visit, we begin with a one-on-one call to:

  • Understand your pain, injuries, or physical limitations

  • Clarify your performance goals and training history

  • Decide if you’re ready for a performance evaluation or need a medical referral

Step 2: Golf Performance Evaluation

We use state-of-the-art tools to identify if the problem is in your body or your swing — and exactly how to fix it.

INVESTMENT

Adult Performance Evaluation — $795
Junior Evaluation (under 18) — $395

This is the same elite-level evaluation used by tour professionals — customized for your body, swing, and goals.
You’ll receive clear, data-backed insights and a personalized path forward.

1. Physical Screening

  • Mobility, stability, and movement control
  • Rotational ability, hip/shoulder separation
  • TPI-based testing adapted for performance

2. Ground Force Testing (Smart2Move)

  • Measures how you push into the ground to generate speed
  • Identifies timing issues, power leaks, or movement compensations
  • Compared against Tour data and skill-level benchmarks

3. 3D Swing Analysis (Sportsbox AI)

  • Full kinematic sequence breakdown
  • Tracks how force travels from the ground to the club
  • Shows you what your swing is really doing — in real time

4. Strength & Power Testing

  • Lower body strength, core stability, and explosive power
  • Golf-specific testing: vertical jump, rotational med ball throws, etc.
  • Benchmarked against Tour and age-appropriate norms

Step 3: Results + Your Custom Game Plan

What happens next depends on your body, swing, goals, and needs.

After the evaluation, we walk you through your results and match you with a personalized plan:

  • Virtual Performance Training with Dr. Kye Heck (virtual coaching available)
  • Golf Instruction at Island Greens with our teaching pros
  • Medical Treatment with Dynamic Sports Medicine or OPAL (if pain is primary)
  • Or we collaborate with your current coach or trainer
